To ensure that formal CJC involvement aligns with congregational values, all requests for CJC’s participation or sponsorship must be submitted to the CJC Board. To aid the Board in making this determination, the individual or organization requesting CJC involvement must submit answers to the following questions in writing, in addition to presenting any other material regarding the organization or cause.

* 1. What is the profile of the organization involved?

* Is it a for profit or non-profit entity?

* 2. How does this organization and/or activity align with CJC Values?

* 3. What would the CJC commitment be?

* 4. What are the potential benefits to CJC?

* What are the potential risks to CJC

* 5. Will the sponsors of the request commit to fulfilling the obligations associated with the activity for the foreseeable future?

* 6. How do the sponsors intend to ensure that their representation of CJC is in accordance with CJC values rather than personal ideals?
